Fianeli Cosmetics ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fianeli mobile application, website, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared with service providers, and how you can contact us about your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our services:

• Phone number - used for account creation, OTP verification, order contact, and customer support.
• Name and display name - used to personalize your account and identify your orders.
• Order information - including items ordered, order total, order status, pickup store chain, pickup store number, redemption items, loyalty points activity, referral activity, and optional order notes.
• Account information - including user ID, profile status, loyalty points, wishlist items, cart items, and referral code information.
• Device and notification information - including app-generated device identifiers, platform type, and Expo push notification tokens used to deliver notifications.
• Facebook Messenger information - if you opt in to order updates through Facebook Messenger, we store your Messenger Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and related order binding information to send automated order updates.
• Security and abuse-prevention information - including IP address, device identifier, OTP attempt records, rate-limit records, and security logs used to protect accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Admin and operational records - for authorized staff actions, we may store admin activity logs needed to operate the service and investigate issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To send order status updates via push notification or Facebook Messenger, where available.
• To manage your loyalty points and referral rewards.
• To save your cart, wishlist, profile, and order history.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and excessive automated requests.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.

3. Notifications

We may send transactional notifications about your account or order status, such as OTP sign-in, order confirmation, shipping, pickup readiness, completion, or cancellation. If we send promotional notifications, we will provide a way for you to opt in or opt out where required by applicable platform rules and law.

4. Facebook Messenger Integration

If you choose to receive order updates via Messenger, we will send automated messages to your Messenger account using the ORDER_UPDATE message tag. We only send messages related to your order status, such as confirmed, shipped, ready for pickup, completed, or cancelled. You can opt out at any time by messaging us on our Facebook Page or contacting us.

We do not sell your Messenger ID. We do not use your Messenger data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share or process data only as needed to operate the service, fulfill orders, comply with law, or protect our users. This may include:

• Firebase / Google Cloud - for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, security logs, hosting, and infrastructure.
• Expo - for push notification delivery and app services.
• Meta Platforms - solely for delivering Messenger notifications you opted into.
• Logistics or pickup partners such as 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart, when necessary for package pickup coordination.
• Email or messaging service providers when needed for admin verification, order operations, or support.
• Legal, safety, or compliance purposes when required by law or necessary to protect users, our service, or our business.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including authenticated access controls, Firebase security rules, server-side validation, rate limiting, and encrypted transport over HTTPS. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information while your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order records may be retained for up to 3 years for business, accounting, support, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Security logs and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, compliance, and service operation.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also request deletion of your Fianeli account by emailing bryantan0068@gmail.com with the phone number used for your account and the subject line "Fianeli account deletion request". We will verify the request before deleting account data that is not required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or order-fulfillment purposes.

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize account profile data where reasonably possible. Some order records, transaction records, security logs, and support records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

8. Your Choices

• You can update certain profile information in the app.
• You can disable push notifications through your device settings. If promotional notification preferences are available in the app, you can change them there.
• You can opt out of Facebook Messenger order updates by messaging our Facebook Page or contacting us.
• You can request account or data deletion by contacting us at the email below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored by our service providers in locations outside your country or region. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
